Ha inquadrato la situazione particolare in cui mi trovato (vivendo all'estero), ed è riuscita a gestire tutta la compravendita in maniera esemplare. Immobile affidato a inizio ottobre 2020, moltissime visite effettuate durate il mese, proposta a fine ottobre 2020 e rogito a novembre 2020. Maria Teresa è anche stata molto gentile e disponibile nell'aiutarmi a gestire alcune pratiche che altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile concludere dall'estero. La Santo Stefano Immobiliare mi ha offerto un servizio professionalmente eccellente, contando sull'altissima qualità professionale e umana degli agenti. Grazie! Faccio proposta per una villetta, lo stesso giorno l'agente mi dice che è pervenuta dopo la mia un'altra proposta di un acquirente interessato allo stesso immobile, ho comprato altre abitazioni in passato e di solito è buona norma delle agenzie congelare le proposte in ingresso quando ne perviene una, per questa agenzia invece non è così. Le proposte vengono rifiutate entrambe sia la mia che quella dell'altro acquirente, ne faccio altre al rialzo ma niente da fare, vengono sempre rifiutate. Scade la mia ultima proposta ed ero intenzionato a fare ulteriore rialzo, li chiamo e mi dicono che l'altro acquirente ha fatto proposta quel giorno, chiedo di poter fare proposta anch'io come era successo la prima volta a Lui dopo di me, ma mi viene negata la possibilità. Non ho capito la disparità di trattamento. Richiedono un 4% di commissione sulla compravendita, al massimo mi era capitato di pagare il 3% ed è la prima volta che sento una percentuale così elevata. Alla fine comunque la casa se l'è aggiudicata l'altro compratore con l'offerta ultima alla quale non ho potuto replicare. Giudicate Voi che leggete la mia esperienza.
