Purtroppo però, l'imm.re in questione merita ogni singolo commento negativo, soprattutto riguardante la titolare. Chiamata per avere informazioni relativamente ad un immobile in vendita, mi risponde scocciata chiedendomi se posseggo la liquidità per acquistarlo; rassicurata sul mio estratto conto si propone di mandarmi la documentazione via mail (che le lascio) e di ricontattarmi per una visita in quanto in quel momento non poteva prendere appunti. Mai più sentita. Una professionalità imbarazzante. I don't normally write reviews as my experience would not negatively affect a business that already has few reviews. Unfortunately, however, the owner in question deserves every single negative comment, especially regarding the owner. Called for information regarding a property for sale, she replies annoyed asking me if I have the liquidity to buy it; reassured on my bank statement, she proposes to send me the documentation via email (which I leave you) and to contact me for a visit as at that moment she could not take notes. Never felt again. An embarrassing professionalism.

Eccezione o no, non auguro a nessuno quanto accaduto a me in quanto sono stata costretta a ricorrere ad un avvocato che mi tutelasse per la scarsa professionalità di tale agente immobiliare (oltre che maleducata e saccente!!!), che prima di mettere un annuncio dovrebbe appurarsi dei dati catastali dell'immobile e verificare che quello che scrive sia realmente previsto, nel rispetto delle normative. Per fortuna la legge non ammette ignoranti, dandomi interamente ragione. Peccato che la mia salute nessuno me la risarcisca! I don't usually write negative reviews because I always think my experience is an exception. Exception or not, I do not wish anyone what happened to me as I was forced to resort to a lawyer who protected me for the lack of professionalism of this real estate agent (as well as rude and know-it-all !!!), that before placing an ad should ascertain the cadastral data of the property and verify that what he writes is really expected, in compliance with the regulations. Fortunately, the law does not admit ignorant, giving me entirely right. Too bad that no one will compensate me for my health!

Vengo contattato telefonicamente da un'operatrice dell'Agenzia che mi propone un immobile a cui segue una seconda telefonata da parte della stessa operatrice in cui confermo l'interesse per una visita dopo aver visto le foto dell'immobile. Nella seconda telefonata (tralasciamo che per telefono mi vengono chieste informazioni personali non dovute sul fatto che io sia single o in coppia) concordiamo un orario per la visita e l'operatrice mi dice che mi avrebbe richiamato per confermare. Ma poi sparisce nel nulla, senza una spiegazione. Mi chiedo con che serietà possano gestire una trattativa senza un minimo di rispetto e educazione. Lack of professionalism. I am contacted by telephone by an agency operator who offers me a property which is followed by a second phone call from the same operator in which I confirm my interest in a visit after having seen the photos of the property. In the second phone call (we ignore the fact that over the phone I am asked for undue personal information about whether I am single or as a couple) we agree on a time for the visit and the operator tells me that she would call me back to confirm. But then it disappears into thin air, without an explanation. I wonder how seriously they can manage a negotiation without a minimum of respect and education.
