Innanzitutto l'agente non mi ha detto, se non dopo aver già contrattato il prezzo dell'immobile, che questo provenisse da una donazione. Inoltre ho dovuto recuperare io tutte le informazioni relative alla questione donazione. Hanno preteso una cifra molto alta per la mediazione ed una volta acquistato l'appartamento la proprietaria mi ha detto di non aver mai ricevuto la prima offerta che avevo presentato all'agenzia. Ovviamente tutta la trattativa è stata condita da fantomatiche persone che avrebbero preso il mio posto se non avessi fatto in fretta con offerte e con laute ricompense per l'agenzia, ma questa è prassi abbastanza comune tra gli agenti. Nel caso, fare bene attenzione a fare tante domande e pretendere risposte chiare. I bought an apartment with this agency and I encountered many problems and little professionalism. Obviously the whole negotiation was peppered with phantom people who would have taken my place if I hadn't done it quickly with offers and with hefty rewards for the agency, but this is quite common practice among agents. If so, be careful to ask a lot of questions and expect clear answers.

Manca una vera intermediazione. Fate molta attenzione se l'immobile vi interessa. Le risposte che ottenete sono sempre diverse. Condivido le critiche degli altri, mancano di una professionalità adeguata. It takes days to get an answer. Negotiation conducted with methods of other times. The goal is their result, not yours. Prima Alessandro e poi anche Davide si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili, dal primo incontro fino alla data del rogito, con supporto nell'individuazione del notaio e nella trasmissione dei documenti. Avrei forse preferito risparmiare qualcosa sull'importo della provvigione, ma non posso dire che non sia stata meritata. Qualche tempo fa l'avevo contattata, per visionare un bilocale, per mia figlia, che ha iniziato da poco l'università. Ho avuto un primo contatto telefonico con Valentina che si è mostrata subito molto disponibile, pronta a venire incontro alle mie esigenze, alla quale vorrei fare i complimenti per la professionalità dimostrata. Il giorno della visione dell'immobile sono stata accolta da Paolo, un ragazzo sorridente, avendo la mascherina, erano gli occhi che sprigionavano sorrisi. Paolo ha risposto alle mie domande in modo esaustivo, anch'esso molto disponibile, gentile, garbato e molto professionale, un ottimo acquisto da parte dell'agenzia che non lascerei scappare. Purtroppo all'interno del bilocale, sono stata accolta da Alessandro che forse stanco dalle innumerevoli visite, è stato freddo, poco professionale al limite della sgarbatezza. Forse pensava d'avere difronte una signora sprovveduta, non compente nel settore immobiliare. Mi dispiace che il nostro primo incontro, iniziato molto bene, non si sia concluso nei migliori dei modi. Perhaps he thought he was dealing with an inexperienced lady, not competent in the real estate sector. I am sorry that our first meeting, which started very well, did not end in the best way.
