Quando Ho lasciato la casa, in perfette condizioni, alla fine del contratto d'affitto,ho ricevuto solo la metà della caparra. Questo perché la casa è stata imbiancata, cosa che non era stata minimamente concordata all'inizio. Inoltre gli ho chiesto le fatture delle spese fatte con la mia caparra, ma non le ho mai ricevute.
