Il telefono lo tenete sempre staccato, siete a dir poco pessimi, al numero 199 a pagamento non si riesce nemmeno a parlare con un operatore sebbene si paghi, siete il peggior corriere presente su piazza, alla larga da DHL !!! Piu lenti del mondo... In Italia mi sembra, da 4 giorni ..Il pacco e stato spedito il 21.. . Da vergognare (purtroppo non avevo scelta) Es. Da Parigi dpd a fatto 2 giorni. Poor .. Mi arriva un messaggio di consegna avvenuta, falso anche quello. Ma il servizio clienti contattato via social si è assunto le proprie responsabilità, si è fatto carico del problema e lo ha risolto in poche ore senza costi aggiuntivi a mio carico. Non è poco. Fake delivery attempt, no notice in the hole (however, there is always someone at home). No stock notice. I get a delivery message, which is also false. Tre giorni ad aspettare anche negli orari di chiusura tenendo il negozio aperto, per poi ritrovarsi un SMS di tentata consegna senza aver visto nemmeno l’ombra del vostro corriere e poi a dover contattare il servizio clienti sentendosi ripetere le stesse cose. Fate pagare un servizio a caro prezzo e prendete in giro i vostri clienti! Dovete vergognarvi! Three days waiting for a package at my store. Three days of waiting even during closing hours with the shop open, only to find an attempted delivery SMS without having seen even the shadow of your courier and then having to contact customer service and hear the same things repeated. Charge a high price for a service and make fun of your customers! You must be ashamed!
