Pessimo servizio, ai limiti dell' usura: dovevo effettuare un reso gratuito tramite Amazon (sono cliente Prime) con la modalità veloce e senza etichetta, a questo punto il titolare si è rifiutato dicendomi che nessuno gli rimborsa la stampa dell'etichetta (poveretto... un costo insostenibile!). Insomma la richiesta era di 50 centesimi a foglio per ogni reso (!!!!!!), per un servizio che mi era dovuto. Visto che ci siamo, perché non facciamo pagare anche gli scontrini? Stateci lontani, ce ne è uno molto servizievole e sicuramente più onesto a un centinaio di metri.
I would have given 0 but unfortunately you can't ... Bad service, bordering on wear and tear: I had to make a free return via Amazon (I'm a Prime customer) with the fast and unlabeled mode, at this point the owner refused, telling me that no one reimburses him for the printing of the label (poor fellow ... an unbearable cost!). In short, the request was 50 cents per sheet for each return (!!!!!!), for a service that was due to me. While we're at it, why don't we charge the receipts too? Stay away from us, there is a very helpful and certainly more honest one a hundred meters away.
