N	Nevia Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata per guardare ed organizzarmi per i regali di Natale.ho girato tutto il negozio , mentre una commessa serviva alcune clienti con una pazienza ed una educazione veramente fuori dal comune, non solo ma informata sugli oggetti in vendita. Gli articoli nn sono eccelsi, ma tornerò sicuramente anche soltanto per farmi servire da questa Signorina Chiara....Così ho letto sulla targhetta...Brava, ma soprattutto grazie! I went in to look and get organized for Christmas gifts. I walked around the shop, while a saleswoman served some customers with a truly out of the ordinary patience and education, not only but informed about the items on sale. The articles are not excellent, but I will definitely come back even just to be served by this Miss Chiara .... So I read on the plate ... Good, but above all thank you!
V	Valentina FORTUNATO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche domenica fa mi sono imbattuta in una commessa dai capelli rossi molto scortese e poco comprensiva, direi a dir poco arrogante. Volevo cambiare una piastra che mi è stata regalata e solo perché erano trascorsi 2 giorni dalla data limite del cambio ( loro effettuano il cambio nel giro di una settimana al massimo) mi ha detto che non poteva fare nulla e che dovevo andarmene perché le stavo facendo perdere del tempo che la mia insistenza non le avrebbe fatto cambiare idea dopodiché mi ha ignorata facendo cassa ad altri clienti. La gentilezza la cortesia e la flessibilità verso un cliente sono fondamentali per fare una buona pubblicità all'azienda e far ritornare il cliente cosa che non farò affatto. La commessa dovrebbe fare forse un altro lavoro e magari anche sorridere!!!! A few Sundays ago I ran into a very rude and not very understanding red-haired saleswoman, I would say arrogant to say the least. I wanted to change a plate that was given to me and just because 2 days had passed from the cut-off date for the change (they make the change within a week at most) he told me that he could not do anything and that I had to leave because I was doing them waste of time that my insistence would not change her mind then ignored me by making cash to other customers. Kindness, courtesy and flexibility towards a customer are essential to make a good publicity for the company and to make the customer come back which I will not do at all. The saleswoman should maybe do another job and maybe even smile !!!!

I also picked up an umbrella which broke the first time I used it ? all in all I would go back since the prices were good but I would be more attentive to the quality of the goods I was thinking about purchasing.
