Nonostante verifiche del cassiere (peraltro molto gentile) la banconota NON si trova. Quindi nessuno me la rimborsa!!!!
I paid cash in the ATM. He didn't count a 50Eu note.
Despite checks by the cashier (which is also very kind) the banknote is NOT found. So nobody reimburses me !!!!

Piano di accumulo aperto per quasi 10 anni senza che nessuno si sia mai palesato o mi abbia consigliato. Per di più nessuno mi ha mai fatto un profilo da investitore fino all'estate scorsa (ovvero ho avuto investimenti per quasi dieci anni senza una profilazione).
Oggi ennesima conferma che ho fatto la scelta giusta a cambiare: chiamo per avere informazioni su cosa devo fare per chiudere il conto e, non solo mi rispondono sgarbatamente, mi attaccano il telefono in faccia mentre sto ancora parlando e chiedendo altre informazioni. Oltre l'incompetenza anche la maleducazione...
Despite the almost twenty years of relationship, I decided to transfer my current account elsewhere due to a clear incompetence in the financial management of their customers. Accumulation plan open for almost 10 years without anyone ever disclosing or advising me. What's more, no one ever made me an investor profile until last summer (i.e. I had investments for almost ten years without a profiling).
Today yet another confirmation that I made the right choice to change: I call to get information on what I have to do to close the account and, not only do they answer me rudely, they hang the phone in my face while I'm still talking and asking for more information. Beyond incompetence also rudeness ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza mai vista. Ho perso il conto di quante volte hanno erroneamente prelevato dal mio conto e ho dovuto recarmi agli sportelli per richiedere spiegazioni.
Never seen incompetence. I have lost track of how many times they have mistakenly withdrawn from my account and had to go to the counters to ask for explanations.
