★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto una informazione e non mi hanno risposto. O meglio ricostruisco la vicenda: ho inviato il modulo web ,in cui sarei stato contattato entro quattro ore. Un po' dopo è arrivata la mail in cui si invitava a contattare lo studio per un appuntamento. Ho risposto subito (in giornata) chiedendo un chiarimento per un documento (che poi avrei consegnato allo Studio per la pratica). Dallo Studio Legale non ho più ricevuto alcuna risposta (ed a oggi sono passati dodici giorni). Io non avevo chiesto una consulenza gratuita ma solo il chiarimento su UN documento che, in quei giorni, avrei potuto ottenere in brevissimo tempo. Adesso invece mi ci vorranno due mesi (chiedendolo dall'Italia). Questa è la motivazione della mia recensione negativa.
I asked for information and they didn't answer me. Or rather, I reconstruct the story: I sent the web form, in which I would be contacted within four hours. A little later, the email arrived inviting them to contact the studio for an appointment. I replied immediately (within the day) asking for a clarification for a document (which I would then deliver to the Firm for practice). I have not received any response from the law firm (and twelve days have passed to date). I had not asked for a free consultation but only the clarification on ONE document that, in those days, I could have obtained in a very short time. Now it will take me two months (asking from Italy). This is the reason for my negative review.
