Ci sarebbe da rimproverargli che, quando mi sono aperto il conto da loro, non sono stato messo al corrente del fatto che mi sarebbero stati addebitati 1,25 euro mensili per "COSTO INVIO ESTRATTO CONTO POSTALE". L'opzione era disattivabile accedendo al sito. Una persona distratta potrebbe facilmente non accorgersi di questo spreco di soldi...
