Non rispondono a nulla ,non sceglietela come banca perché se avete bisogno non esistono . But I say but how do they not answer for 4 days but we realize what that phone number exists and not even the email, I have my mom and sister there, but soon they will no longer be customers, that sucks. They don't answer to anything, don't choose it as a bank because if you need they don't exist.

Che puoi andare solo in autobus perché non puoi entrare con la macchina? 1 filiale a San Giovanni in persiceto provincia di Bologna (saranno 20/30 km) e 1 ad Imola? Sono sempre stata contenta di questa banca, sarò cliente da almeno 20 anni...non vorrei cambiare banca, per fare un versamento devo prendere 1 giornata di permesso...bah... But is it possible to have only one branch in Bologna and then in the center? That you can only go by bus because you can't get in by car? 1 branch in San Giovanni in Persiceto in the province of Bologna (20/30 km) and 1 in Imola? I have always been happy with this bank, I have been a customer for at least 20 years ... I would not want to change bank, to make a deposit I have to take 1 day off ... bah ...

I ran to get there on time but they told me that an appointment is needed in the afternoon. Maybe on the site it would be better to write it.

In filiale gentili e disponibili e sembravano non esserci problemi con lo svolgimento della pratica. Nel momento in cui ho chiesto di fare autonomamente assicurazioni obbligatorie per legge stranamente mi hanno informato che non avevano intenzione di potare avanti la pratica senza un motivo. O meglio dicendomi che il direttore non era interessato a portare avanti la mia richiesta. 1 potevate anche dirmelo in filiale. 2 fate pubblicità a dei prodotti che in realtà non fornite.
