Riportato indietro il titolare si è rifiutato il cambio ma ha proposto di mandare la valigia in fabbrica. Dopo un mese di attesa torno nel negozio e il trolley era ancora lì, chiaramente mi ha fatto capire che non aveva nessuna intenzione di darmi assistenza e che la valigia potevo riprenderla indietro così com'era. Ci ho fatto una figuraccia perché era un regalo. Il proprietario è tanto carino e cortese fino a quando acquisti, dopodiché guai a dargli rogne. Sconsiglio.
