★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio col dire che sono un'artista ed in fatto di borse confeziono personalmente ciò che indosso, ma proprio per questo motivo trovo che la passione sartoriale per cercare I materiali, pensare al modello, immaginare il prodotto finito al fine di realizzare una borsa completa da offrire in vendita, sia un processo di dedizione, accuratezza e responsabilità.
Elena ha tutte queste qualità di titolare ed artefice.
Perdipiû si immedisima sentitamente nella ricerca della funzionalità del piacere che trasmette con le sue creazioni.
Posso dire che ho indossato come "cappelli" le sue borse, tanto I suoi prodotti siano versatili e piacevoli da interpretare.
Recatevi da Elena ed ascoltatela.

Ho portato a riparare una vecchia borsa che era di mia nonna in questo negozio, ma il risultato non è stato quello desiderato. In particolare, su proposta della sig.ra Elena, è stato applicato un colore che non è stato assorbito dalla pelle perché troppo secca. La borsa mi è stata riconsegnata, ma la prima volta che l'ho utilizzata mi ha macchiato un cappotto, che ho dovuto portare in pulitura. I tentativi di rimediare al danno sono stati vani: il fissante ha creato uno strato di "unto" sulla borsa e, tentando di rimuoverlo, il colore della pelle si è opacizzato e si sono creati degli aloni. In conclusione, la borsa era molto più bella prima.
Venendo incontro alla sig.ra Elena, non le ho chiesto né il rimborso delle spese della pulitura del cappotto né della borsa, ricordo di famiglia a cui ero particolarmente legata. Con garbo ho chiesto di riavere i soldi della riparazione (25 euro).
La sig.ra Elena ha iniziato a insultarmi in modo aggressivo e ho avuto sinceramente paura di trovarmi da sola nel negozio con lei. "Bambinetta", "pezzente", "non sei una signora", "stai messa male" sono solo alcune delle parole che mi sono sentita rivolgere. Dopo averle detto che il giorno dopo le sarebbe arrivata una lettera dell'avvocato e che le avrei lasciato una pessima recensione, ha lasciato i soldi al bar.
Pessima esperienza, sconsigliato.

I took an old bag that belonged to my grandmother to this shop for repair, but the result was not what I wanted. In particular, on the proposal of Ms Elena, a color was applied that was not absorbed by the skin because it was too dry. The bag was returned to me, but the first time I used it it stained my coat, which I had to bring in for cleaning. Attempts to remedy the damage have been in vain: the fixative has created a layer of "grease" on the bag and, trying to remove it, the color of the skin has become dull and halos have been created. In conclusion, the bag was much prettier before.
Coming to meet Mrs. Elena, I did not ask her for the reimbursement of the costs of cleaning the coat or the bag, a family memory to which I was particularly attached. I politely asked to get the money back for the repair (25 euros).
Ms Elena started to insult me aggressively and I was genuinely afraid of being alone in the shop with her. "Bambinetta", "beggar", "you are not a lady", "you are in a bad way" are just some of the words I heard. After I told her that a letter from the lawyer would arrive the next day and that I would leave her a bad review, she left the money at the bar.
Bad experience, not recommended.
