Ho provato a scrivere tramite whatsapp leggono il messaggio ma non ti richiamano. Meno male che sul sito scrivono che sono sempre a disposizione. Mai più. Absolutely unreliable. Very poor quality of products. After a few months, 4 bulbs burned out. I tried to contact them but they don't answer the phone. I tried to write via whatsapp they read the message but they don't call you back. Luckily they write on the site that they are always available. Never again.

Abbiamo comprato un lampadario costosissimo, che dopo 12 mesi ha improvvisamente smesso del tutto di funzionare. Il titolare ha detto che ci faceva "un favore" (i suoi termini esatti, sembra non conosca la garanzia di legge 24 mesi...) cambiandocelo perché non era riparabile. Dopo 15 mesi, il nuovo prodotto smette di funzionare improvvisamente nello stesso identico modo e di nuovo, rivela di essere irreparabile. Il titolare si è inizialmente impegnato a cambiarci questo prodotto difettoso, prima di rimangiarsi la parola e di smettere di rispondere a messaggi e chiamate. Ha suggerito che era "colpa del [nostro] impianto" nonostante fosse nuovo di zecca e privo di qualsiasi problema. Questo furbetto ci ha poi proposto di venderci un altro lampadario "ad un prezzo politico". Quando ho insistito per che si prenda le sue responsabilità commerciali, mi ha minacciata ed è stato addirittura apertamente xenofobo, prendendo in giro il mio modo di parlare italiano. Per riassumere, prodotti tarocchi, titolare maleducato e disonesto. Da evitare, assolutamente, nonostante le recessioni degli amichetti e parenti su questa pagina... Place to avoid like the plague! When I insisted that he take his commercial responsibilities, he threatened me and was even openly xenophobic, making fun of my way of speaking Italian.
