Ero una cliente da più 15 anni, di solito anelli e riparazioni di oggetti vintage. Porto uno smeraldo in MAGGIO, mi viene consegnato l’anello in SETTEMBRE, lo pago e ci sono anche 9 grammi di mio oro in deposito da mesi. Indosso l’anello per qualche giorno e mi rendo conto che la pietra non è montata correttamente, è storta, gli chiedo se può metterlo a posto e glielo riporto. Vado in laboratorio e telefono molte volte, siamo arrivati alla fine di DICEMBRE, ritelefono e dato che mi lamento, con grandissima maleducazione e arroganza, alzando la voce e con una mezza crisi di nervi mi viene detto che se non mi va bene posso prendere il mio anello andarmene e non farmi più vedere, anzi precisamente “la mia pietra di m....a” come elegantemente l’ha definita Lorenzo Calzoni, ma di più, fa anche pesanti insinuazioni sulla mia correttezza, lui che ha smarrito alcuni miei pezzi lasciati in consegna per ben 2 anni. La settimana dopo mi ridà l’anello, IDENTICO, dicendo che lo ha messo a posto. Vedete voi se tutto questo è un comportamento corretto e professionale.
