★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino all’installazione tutto perfetto. Tutti molto cordiali, professionali e competenti. Nel campo automazione e allarmi grande professionalità . Purtroppo una telecamera interna dava dei problemi, l’ho riportata indietro personalmente, dopo prove tecniche e qualche ora in negozio, è stata sostituita con un modello precedente, forse meno carino ma meno problematico. Contento, anche se ho perso qualche ora del mio tempo, torno a casa la connetto, semplice da fare . Una volta fuori , mi accorgo che non funziona quando non sono collegato con il Wi-Fi dì casa. Dopo 4 mesi, diversi messaggi, email, a fine novembre riesco a trovare qualcuno al telefono. Le faremo sapere, ma prima dì Natale riusciamo a sistemare. Siamo ancora in attesa dì un intervento per rendere operativa la telecamera quando serve. Su vendita ed istallazione nulla da dire, sul post vendita, considerando che era passato appena un mese dall’installazione, sono rimasto molto deluso e date le premesse non me lo sarei mai aspettato.

Unfortunately, an internal camera was giving problems, I brought it back personally, after technical tests and a few hours in the shop, it was replaced with an older model, perhaps less attractive but less problematic. Happy, even if I lost a few hours of my time, I come home to connect it, simple to do. Once I'm out, I find that it doesn't work when I'm not connected to my home Wi-Fi. After 4 months, several messages, emails, at the end of November I can find someone on the phone. We'll let you know, but before Christmas we can sort it out. We are still waiting for an intervention to make the camera operational when needed. Nothing to say about sales and installation, about after-sales, considering that just a month had passed since installation, I was very disappointed and given the premises I would never have expected it.
