Jobs really very kind, helpful and competent. I highly recommend it !!! With the Milan store it is among my favorite Furla stores.
A	Account Google on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ore 19:20 al negozio (chiusura fissata alle 19:30), conoscendo già gli articoli da acquistare ma la commessa ha già la porta chiusa e non mi permette di entrare in negozio anche dopo averle spiegato che conoscevo già i prodotti da acquistare. Probabilmente non hanno bisogno di guadagnare i soldi che avrei speso da loro. Scortesia e scorrettezza senza precedenti. Sconsigliato! 7:20 pm at the store (closing at 7:30 pm), already knowing the items to buy but the saleswoman already has the door closed and won't let me enter the store even after explaining to her that I already knew the products to buy. They probably don't need to earn the money I would have spent on them. Unparalleled rudeness and impropriety. Not recommended!
V	Valeria Cavallari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "FURLA" è un marchio storico di Bologna, un vero fiore all'occhiello con sedi sparse per il mondo. Il negozio di Via U.Bassi è il primo inaugurato in città. Persolmente, durante gli anni, ho acquistato in questo locale (il mio preferito) delle bellissime borse???. I modelli anche se moderni nella foggia e nel colore, diventano dei must classici. Per cui mai fuori moda, e, quindi "portabili" per vari anni (ammortizzandone così anche i costi!). Magari gli si può dare un tocco di news, accompagnandoli con accessori del momento (foulard, guanti, portafogli, ombrelli ecc.ecc) di cui sono fornitissimi ???. Io ho trovato sempre il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile ?. In varie occasioni ho anche fatto regali ad amiche, e sono stati graditi ed apprezzatissimi???. Lo consiglio assolutamente ?! "FURLA" is a historic brand of Bologna, a true flagship with locations around the world. The shop in Via U.Bassi is the first one opened in the city. For some time, over the years, I have bought some beautiful bags in this place (my favorite). The models, although modern in style and color, become classic musts. So never out of style, and therefore "wearable" for several years (thus also amortizing costs!). Maybe you can give it a touch of news, accompanying them with accessories of the moment (scarves, gloves, wallets, umbrellas, etc.) of which they are very well stocked ???. I always found the staff to be very kind and very helpful ?. On several occasions I have also given gifts to friends, and they have been appreciated and highly appreciated. I recommend it absolutely ?!

No es posible que una tienda que tenga accesorios de lujo tenga empleados de esa categoría. Hasta ahora nunca me habían tratado de una manera tan grosera y con tan poca atención. No recomiendo comprar en esa tienda en absoluto. Good Morning, The shop assistant was extremely rude and vulgar. It is not possible for a store that has luxury accessories to have employees of that category. Until now I have never been treated so rudely and with such little attention. I do not recommend buying from that store at all.
