★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a purse here one year ago for 145 euro. It has a golden C on the front side. In the course of the year the C lost its gold, so I went there this year for a refund (on Saturday). They told me to come back on Monday because they had to check up with the company. I returned on Monday and they told me that this was because of use and they can't give me anything in return... Very bad quality and no customer service whatsoever.
