★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Dopo aver sostituito il vetro del cellulare presso questo negozio, si è rotto di nuovo con la pressione di un dito. Evidentemente il prodotto era difettoso o non montato bene. Il negoziante mi ha riso in faccia e non me lo ha sostituito.
 Bad service. After replacing the cell phone glass at this shop, it broke again with the pressure of a finger. Obviously the product was defective or not fitted well. The shopkeeper laughed at me and didn't replace him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata per la prima volta presso questo negozio per riparare lo schermo rotto del mio iPhone. Dopo qualche giorno, lo schermo inizia a scollarsi dunque torno presso la struttura e a pagamento (sebbene la responsabilità dello scollamento non fosse affatto mia) mi cambia lo schermo. A distanza di circa una settimana, l’LCD inizia a dare problemi dunque mi reco presso il punto vendita nel momento in cui lo schermo mi diventa tutto nero all’improvviso tanto da non permettermi più l’utilizzo del telefono. Ancora una volta il negoziante mi fa pagare il servizio per una terza sostituzione. Nel giro di un paio di mesi il telefono ha cominciato ad avere ulteriori problemi sia al display (lampeggiava, cambiava colori, si bloccava), sia alla fotocamera. Mi reco dunque all’apple store dove attraverso diversi test mi confermano, oltre che la pessima qualità del display utilizzato, la rottura della fotocamera esterna avvenuta durante il montaggio di quest’ultimo. Sono dunque tornata presso questa struttura dove il venditore ha negato tutto, addirittura insinuando una truffa da parte dell’apple store (cosa impossibile dal momento in cui i test effettuati sono stati fatti in mia presenza e ripetutamente). Ho speso quasi 200 euro per queste riparazioni effettuate con estrema incompetenza e ovviamente il negoziante si é rifiutato di offrirmi un rimborso, neppure per il danno arrecatomi alla fotocamera, che ad una persona competente non sarebbe mai capitato. Sconsiglio vivamente sia per l’incapacità di svolgere il lavoro adeguatamente sia per la disonestà nel non ammettere, davanti alla più schiacciante evidenza, di aver commesso numerosi danni.
I first went to this shop to fix my broken iPhone screen. After a few days, the screen starts to come unstuck so I go back to the structure and for a fee (although the responsibility for unstuck was not mine at all) I change the screen. After about a week, the LCD starts to give problems so I go to the store when the screen suddenly turns black so much that I can no longer use the phone. Once again the shopkeeper charges me for the service for a third replacement. Within a couple of months the phone began to have further problems with both the display (flashing, changing colors, freezing) and the camera. So I go to the apple store where, through various tests, I am confirmed not only by the poor quality of the display used but also by the breakdown of the external camera which occurred during the assembly of the latter. I therefore returned to this facility where the seller denied everything, even insinuating a scam by the apple store (which was impossible since the tests carried out were carried out in my presence and repeatedly). I spent almost 200 euros for these very incompetently carried out repairs and obviously the shopkeeper refused to offer me a refund, not even for the damage done to my camera, which would never have happened to a competent person. I strongly advise against both the inability to do the job properly and the dishonesty in not admitting, in the face of the most overwhelming evidence, that he has committed numerous damages.
