Very rude staff! They treated me like a beggar in this store, so much so that I went to il ** ad. In other words: DO NOT STOP AT THIS POINT OF SALE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purtroppo dopo anni che vado in questo centro TIM, ora vado nell'altro negozio, ma l'operatore è lo stesso, sono rimasta fregata.... dovevo fare un cambio da rete business a rete residenziale, mi hanno fatto fare il contratto del nuovo senza farmi disdire il vecchio. Ora mi ritrovo a pagare 250 euro per un servizio che non ho più. Sono andata a protestare ma mi hanno detto che era impossibile che non mi avessero avvertito della disdetta.... perfetto! Capisco la smania di fare più contratti possibile ma la professionalità sul lavoro è una cosa seria!!!! Pessimi, veramente pessimi.... Se mi avessero detto, magari ci siamo sbagliati, forse l'avrei presa diversamente!

Now I find myself paying 250 euros for a service that I no longer have. I went to protest but they told me it was impossible that they had not warned me of the cancellation .... perfect! I understand the desire to make as many contracts as possible but professionalism at work is serious !! Very bad, really bad ... If they told me, maybe we were wrong, maybe I would have taken it differently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON ANDATE IN QUESTO CENTRO TIM ! Questo centro Tim, come in realtà molti altri, è assolutamente da evitare. Nell'ultimo mese sono stato mal consigliato da una commessa che nonostante avesse compreso la mia posizione contrattuale (o almeno spero per lei) mi ha portato a sprecare e TEMPO ma soprattutto soldi in ricariche del tutto inutili.
DO NOT GO TO THIS TIM CENTER! This Tim center, like many others, is absolutely to be avoided. In the last month I have been badly advised by a saleswoman who despite having understood my contractual position (or at least I hope for her) led me to waste and TIME but above all money in completely useless top-ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Friendly fella helped me with Tim tourist sim that I wanted to recharge. Could not recharge a tourist sim for data as it's on a 30 day limit and then it's only rechargeable for calls and txt. Thanks mate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T USE THIS TIM-SHOP! Went here to fill up the internet for wifi at home. I brought the router with me to make it easy. Ended up paying 150 € for a SIM card that was not compatible with the router I had with me. Came back the same day and there was no help and I was accused of it being my fault. Had to go to TIM in Ugo Bassi, who could tell me I was cheated. The lady behind the counter is one of the worst I have ever met in customer service.
