The staff are very arrogant. They don't even respond to a good morning. The information they give you unwillingly, just to get you out of the boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cercare di telefonare e stare ore e ore al telefono è veramente umiliante per sapere la data dell'udienza in quanto l'ufficio non manda le comunicazioni al di fuori della città di bologna. e' vergognoso
trying to call and stay on the phone for hours and hours is really humiliating to know the date of the hearing as the office does not send communications outside the city of bologna. it's shameful

Non rispondono al telefono, alle e-mail, a PEC, a nulla.
Non ti avvisano per i decreti di fissazione udienza.
Fare peggio è impossibile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi,30 marzo 2022, udienza fissata col Giudice Pederzoli Antonio alle ore 10,00, mi presento con greenpass a seguito del tampone negativo effettuato ieri (euro 15,00),l'usciere non mi ha fatta passare perché greenpass non valido...!?
Non ho potuto fare nulla per giustificare la mia assenza al Giudice nonostante fossi il ricorrente principale.
Che dire oltre il fatto che tra due giorni il greenpass non sarà obbligatorio negli uffici pubblici?
Spero non ci siano ritorsioni a mio sfavore, altrimenti vedrò come agire.
Today, March 30, 2022, hearing set with Judge Pederzoli Antonio at 10.00, I show up with the greenpass following the negative buffer made yesterday (€ 15.00), the usher did not let me pass because the greenpass is not valid .. .!?
I could not do anything to justify my absence to the judge despite being the main plaintiff.
What can we say besides the fact that in two days the greenpass will not be mandatory in public offices?
I hope there is no retaliation against me, otherwise I will see how to act.
