Personale gentilissimo. Ho avuto un problema con la linea di casa e dopo aver provato per 3 giorni a farmelo risolvete chiamando il call center, mi è venuta l’idea di presentarmi in negozio. Pur non essendo di loro competenza si sono subito premurati di prendere in carico il mio problema, hanno fatto un sollecito e nel giro di un’ora ho riavuto la connessione e la linea !! Grazie infinitamente.
Staff very kind. I had a problem with the home line and after trying for 3 days to get it resolved by calling the call center, I got the idea of ​​introducing myself to the store. Although not within their competence, they immediately took care to take charge of my problem, they made a reminder and within an hour I got the connection and the line back !! Thank you so much.

Don't trust the staff, they have no idea what is in the contracts. And tell the wrong information and you end up with more bills to pay because of their incompetency.

Unfortunately the people that work here are more worry about selling products than giving complete information to the client. Be careful if your Italian is not really good, they can take advantage of that.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a phone shop. Last week I went in, one of the sales reps spoke English, and I bought a SIM and paid €25. I had understood this included the minutes and internet for the first month. When my internet stopped working today I returned to ask why. The woman could not explain to me why I had 0 credit. As she tried to explain she got louder and more aggressive until she was shouting. I still didn't understand but felt completely humiliated by the whole experience I asked her to calm down but she didn't so I eventually I just left. Fortunately there are multiple WIND shops so I won't be returning to this one. I also feel that paying €25 for access to a €10 a month deal is a rip off but I hear this is the Italian system. A warning for expats.

As most reviews here say, the staff here are immensely unfriendly and uninterested if you are not there to simply pay more money for their services. All five stars reviews given seen quite unsubstantiated (I.e. fake) The woman I spoke to was patronising to me and my girlfriend (who is fluent in Italian like me) Why such people work in customer service when they clearly despise the general public I don’t know. I asked also to be removed from their incessant marketing calls and messages list, which she said is impossible to do, clearly having no knowledge of consumer rights. After this experience I am convinced that changing my provider is the only option. Avoid this store, and wind overall.
