Staff was very helpful and put up patiently and competently with all requests. The downside to this is they are maybe a little understaffed, and one must wait a while for one's turn while they are patient and competent with other customers.

Paid 37 euro to move from Vodafone - Nothing happened. Nobody called back even when promised. I came back again and new team promised to investigate and again NEVER called back. As I am traveling often it was painful to stay without mobile internet. So finally I decided to stay with Vodafone even Tim’s offer fits me better and today I will visit office to hopefully get money back. Let’s see if 3d time service will be better. UPDATE: I was proposed unacceptable conditions and I asked money back. I was told: “if I give me money back they come from my pocket’. So I lost 37 euro and company write me that they did everything to help me. Which is a LIE!!!

SAISers beware. The customer service is pretty bad in this store. When I was in line, a European couple in front of me who didn't speak much Italian asked (in Italian) if the woman could help her by switching to English. The woman behind the desk (at 3:30pm on May 2nd) replied in Italian, "You're in Italy. So speak Italian." When it was my turn I asked for help with my monthly plan, I was told nobody in the store could look up my account information on the computer and that I would have to call the customer service line. The customer service hotline couldn't help me because they claimed I was no longer the person to whom this account was registered. This TIM store is the one that set up my account for me in August, using the name on my passport. I've spent 28 euros in the past two weeks trying to recharge a 10 euro/month plan. The woman behind the desk claimed I had ordered 28 euros of additional services from TIM "while browsing the web" but couldn't tell me what services they were. She told me to charge 5 more euros to my account to see if that would do the trick. TIM has been a good phone service for the past 8 months, but recharging each month is unpredictable and stressful because I never know if i'll actually get the service I'm paying for. Recharging each month is like putting coin after coin into a video game, not knowing how many coins it will take in order to begin playing. If you do choose Tim, always use your credit card to top up online instead of using cash to do it in person. That way, if you don’t receive the service you pay for, you can call your credit card company, dispute the charges, and explain you didn’t receive the service you paid for. I had to do that three times.

They don't sell prepaid SIM cards for less than a 3 month period, useless if you're a traveler visiting this beautiful country for just a couple of weeks. The staff was also not friendly, así they were trying to get rid of the customers.

Terrible staff! Two insolent brats were behind the counter. When we asked if they spoke English they said yes. Then when we asked our questions there was zero response, only some joking Italian remarks to each other. So we tried again in our best Italian and still there was no effort to even try to communicate with us, they only kept looking at their phones. Not a single word was uttered from their part. Very humiliating experience, wouldn't go to TIM again in a lifetime!

The employees were completely untrained, rude and just straight up useless. They had me go there three times and still couldn't solve my problem, and then had the guts to put the blame on me! They should get fired, so that they can't continue to put Tim's name on the mud.

Don't go there when you want to activate your TIM tourist offer. They asked me to pay them additionally 10 Euro in cash and got very rude when I refused. Of course you can activate the offer in other TIM shops without the need to pay the shop assistant first.

I just buy new tim sim card and the opreter girl charged me 30 euro and no receipt given. I'm sure they overcharged me.
