Scelta la stanza tutto l'iter burocratico si è svolto con estrema facilità, chiarezza e professionalità. Da apprezzare la formula "all inclusive" e il fatto di poter disdettare la stanza in ogni momento, fatti salvi i tre mesi di anticipo. Da provare, la consiglio. Per queste riparazioni ho aspettato più di tre settimane. Per contattarli dovete avere molto pazienza, visto che alle mail non rispondono. Se dovete disdire il contratto, fatelo il 31 del mese precedente a quello in cui volete uscire, perché altrimenti vi fanno pagare anche l’affitto del primo giorno del mese.
