M	Mariela Tozzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati li personalmente per lasciare i nostri dati e dire cosa stavamo cercando, e così tornare tra due settimane per fare le visite, poiché noi non abitiamo a Bologna ma nella Svizzera. Subito abbiamo chiamato per confermare in quali giorni potevamo tornare viaggiando espressamente a Bologna per le visite. Due settimane dopo e già nel ufficio, ci hanno ancora chiesto tutti in nostri dati e che cosa cercavamo, come se fosse la prima volta; loro non avevano fatto nessun lavoro di ricerca, quindi ci hanno fatto perdere tempo e soldi in viaggio e alloggio per niente! mi spiace ma io non gli raccomanderò a nessuno chi venga da lontano. A questo punto ci arrangiamo da soli sui siti on line. We immediately called to confirm on which days we could return traveling expressly to Bologna for visits. Two weeks later and already in the office, they still asked us all in our data and what we were looking for, as if it were the first time; they hadn't done any research work, so they made us waste time and money traveling and lodging for nothing! I am sorry but I will not recommend it to anyone who comes from far away. At this point we arrange ourselves on the online sites.

Solo alcuni piccoli problemi di manutenzione agli infissi della struttura ci sono stati, ma sono anche stati tempestivamente risolti grazie alla buona collaborazione tra Agenzia e Cliente. I feel like giving my best, because I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Real estate agents have always been very helpful. Only a few minor maintenance problems with the structure's fixtures were there, but they were also promptly resolved thanks to the good collaboration between the Agency and the Customer.

They do not respond to emails or calls, in addition to not returning the deposit even having left the apartment in perfect condition (after a year and a half we are still waiting for it), I treat nothing professional, I do not recommend this real estate agency at all.
