Quello che sarebbe dovuto essere un semplice affitto di una “casa vacanze” in appennino si è trasformato in una lunga attesa (perso un mese), caratterizzata da indisponibilità, poca chiarezza (troppe contraddizioni e sorprese last-minute), diffidenza assoluta, conclusa con una discussione accesa in agenzia nel momento della firma del contratto. Nulla del servizio che dovrebbe fornire un’agenzia mi è stato offerto; comunque io mi sono salvata l’estate rivolgendomi ad altri professionisti, voi pensateci due volte prima di affidarvi a questi! My experience with the "Real Estate" agency was really bad and disappointing. What should have been a simple rental of a "holiday home" in the Apennines has turned into a long wait (lost a month), characterized by unavailability, lack of clarity (too many contradictions and last-minute surprises), absolute distrust, ended with a heated discussion in the agency at the time of signing the contract. Nothing of the service that an agency should provide has been offered to me; however, I saved myself the summer by turning to other professionals, think twice before relying on them!
T	Teo Sgura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo trovati a dover affittare un immobile e siamo stati seguiti dalla signora, non c'è stata praticamente mediazione : le nostre richieste non sono state mai prese un considerazione, anzi molti aspetti li abbiamo scoperti al momento del contratto; la proposta firmata da noi con tutte le formalità del caso ma mai ricevuta firmata dal proprietario. Ma il momento peggiore è stata la riconsegna dell'immobile: durante l'appuntamento sia con addetto che con il proprietario nulla è stato riscontrato di anomalo, nonostante l'accuratezza della riconsegna e foglio compilato e firmato. Dopo quasi una settimana mi ritrovo una "richiesta di patteggiamento" in cui si rilevano delle anomalie e si offre meno della metà in restituzione. Senza una chiamata. Rispondo alla email ma l'agenzia lo stesso giorno il 4 agosto, mi risponde di essere in ferie fino al 30 agosto. Scorretti senza credito. After almost a week I find myself a "plea bargaining request" in which anomalies are found and less than half is offered in restitution. Without a call. I reply to the email but the agency on the same day on August 4th, replies that I am on vacation until August 30th. Incorrect without credit.
A	Alessandro Teti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica cosa per cui sono stati utili è stata darci l'appuntamento per la firma del contratto, per il resto sono molto poco professionali, organizzano visite per il nostro appartamento mentre viviamo ancora qui senza specificare che fanno arrivare più visite in una volta sola. Hanno anche fatto battute sulla mia facoltà (DAMS) quando sono andato a firmare il contratto e fanno ramanzine non richieste a me e alla mia coinquilina perché "non teniamo la casa ordinata" e perché "impediamo agli studenti bisognosi di vedere la casa". Per non parlare dei prezzi. Dicono che mi chiameranno il giorno dopo per fissare un appuntamento per visitare un immobile ma oggi magicamente l’annuncio è stato cancellato e al telefono ovviamente non mi rispondono neanche perché hanno salvato il mio numero. Quante ve ne vorrei dire. Scorrettissimi. Painful! They say they will call me the next day to make an appointment to visit a property but today the ad has been magically canceled and obviously they don't even answer me on the phone because they have saved my number. Ci hanno accompagnato lungo tutto il periodo di trattativa ed acquisto del nostro primo immobile, dandoci preziosi consigli su praticamente tutto (essendo noi alle primissime armi). Sono sempre stati disponibili mostrando un alto livello nella conoscenza e cura del cliente. Ho consigliato la loro agenzia anche a mia sorella ed ad altri amici in cerca. Grazie mille! Both Ms. Anna and Jacopo were extremely professional. They accompanied us throughout the negotiation and purchase period of our first property, giving us valuable advice on practically everything (as we are at the very beginning). They have always been available showing a high level of customer knowledge and care. I have also recommended their agency to my sister and other looking friends. Thanks so much!
