E	Eliseo Secli' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ diffidate gente. hanno affittato casa mia ad un truffatore che non mi ha mai pagato l affitto e mi ha lasciato pieno di debiti. agenzia incompetente, non ha per niente fatto selezione e pur di intascare la loro parcella hanno insistito per affittare casa a questa persona seppur io appena l.ho visto ho detto che non andava bene (si vedeva ##zzo!). una volta in difficoltà si sono voltati dall altro lato e mi ritrovo da solo. dicono che una volta che hai firmato il contratto di locazione a loro non spetta più niente, si sono lavati le mani. non mi hanno neanche lasciato la ricevuta. una recensione negativa é il minimo che vorrei fare, per colpa loro ho perso 15mila euro People beware. they rented my house to a swindler who never paid my rent and left me full of debts. Incompetent agency, did not make selection at all and in order to pocket their fee they insisted on renting this house to me even though I just saw it I said it was not good (you could see ## zzo!). once in trouble have turned on the other side and I find myself alone. they say that once you have signed the lease, nothing is left for them, they have washed their hands. they didn't even leave me the receipt. a negative review is the minimum I would do, because of them I lost 15 thousand euro

Sono scorretti nel gestire le proposte: prendono più offerte contemporaneamente per lo stesso appartamento, non favorendo le trattative tra proprietari e clienti. Oppure ti fanno credere ciò per favorire la chiusura rapidissima di contratti a prezzi altissimi solo per raggiungere uno scopo: la loro profumatissima commissione! Pessimo servizio offerto! Very bad experience with this agency: grumpy, uneducated, teasing and uncooperative staff. They are unfair in managing proposals: they take multiple offers simultaneously for the same apartment, not favoring negotiations between owners and customers. Or they make you believe this to favor the rapid closure of contracts at very high prices just to achieve a goal: their highly perfumed commission! Bad service offered!
