Pondrelli, che con obiettività e professionalità è riuscito dove altri hanno fallito per oltre un anno, con la sola giustificazione che il prezzo richiesto per la vendita era troppo alto. Abbiamo passato un anno cercando di vendere il nostro immobile e ottenendo solo delle chiacchere e delle giustificazioni sterili, tutto per mancanza di competenza.
Invece, con il Sig. Pondrelli non è stato così! Un agente immobiliare che ha capito le nostre esigenze e si è messo a disposizione per raggiungere l’obiettivo con velocità (solo un mese) e estrema disponibilità.
Ci rivolgeremo sicuramente di nuovo a lui in caso di bisogno!
Ve lo consiglio se volete rivolgervi ad un agente che fa poche chiacchiere e molti fatti!

The agency was very professional with us. In particular Mr. Pondrelli, who with objectivity and professionalism succeeded where others have failed for over a year, with the sole justification that the asking price for the sale was too high. We spent a year trying to sell our property and only getting sterile chatter and justifications, all for lack of competence.
Instead, with Mr. Pondrelli it was not like that! A real estate agent who understood our needs and made himself available to reach the goal with speed (only one month) and extreme availability.
We will certainly turn to him again in case of need!
I recommend it if you want to contact an agent who does little talk and many facts!
