Hanno messo a posto la mia bici in poco tempo - soprattutto considerando lo stato in cui l'avevo portata - e i loro prezzi sono decisamente onesti. Mi sarei aspettata di pagare il doppio, conoscendo i costi di altri posti a Bologna. Viene quasi voglia di bucare anche l'altra gomma solo per tornare! Staff very kind and really approachable. They fixed my bike in no time - especially considering the state in which I had brought it - and their prices are definitely fair. I would have expected to pay double, knowing the costs of other places in Bologna. You almost feel like puncturing the other tire just to come back!

Dopo neanche un mese di utilizzo entrambe le ruote usurate e quindi a terra, cosa che mi fa pensare al fatto che non le abbiano cambiate. A primo impatto simpatici e disponibili, ma mi viene da pensare che sia una simpatia di facciata per evitare lamentele e recensioni negative. Confrontandomi con chi di competenza è nota la tendenza pericolosa a non mantenere gli impegni pattuiti tramite accordi verbali. Tempo fa ho portato una bici ed è "misteriosamente sparita". Le spiegazioni al riguardo non ci sono mai state nonostante sia passata più volte e abbia lasciato il numero di telefono altrettante volte. Al posto di chiarimenti solo arrampicate sugli specchi. Atteggiamento simpatico di facciata che tenta di accalappiare il cliente, ma che nasconde grande mancanza di professionalità. Purtroppo l'accordo verbale preso non mi tutelava. Qualsiasi risposta si possa dare a questa recensione sarà dello stesso tenore delle chiacchiere che animano il portico lì davanti o degli orari di apertura così flessibili da non corrispondere a quanto mostrato sulla facciata del negozio stesso. Al meccanico viene in mente un'altra idea che, secondo lui avrebbe risolto il problema in modo migliore. Pensando di saperne meno di lui, lo lascio fare, dando qualche volta istruzioni per il montaggio, che vengono però ignorate. Risultato: filetto della pedivella rotto. Visited on January 17, 2022, asking if they had a bit of thread locker to fix a recent problem regarding my 90's cannondale tail crankset. The mechanic comes up with another idea that he thinks would have solved the problem improve. Thinking I know less than him, I let him do it, sometimes giving instructions for assembly, but these are ignored. Result: broken crank thread.
