★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ammetterlo, è stata davvero un'ottima esperienza. Il personale ha saputo trovare la soluzione al problema unendo le mie esigenze a un budget non eccessivo. Peccato non sia così intuitivo da raggiungere ma per il resto, davvero nulla da dire.
 I have to admit, it was a really great experience. The staff was able to find the solution to the problem by combining my needs with a not excessive budget. Too bad it is not so intuitive to reach but otherwise, really nothing to say.

Risponde una che forse ha preso la terza media al Cepu " Rifaccio richiamare da uno che vende immediatamente " Sono le 9.30 di mattina. Alle 17.00 l'ho trovata da un'altra parte in pronta consegna e me l'hanno data anche a 100 euro in meno di quello che chiedevano loro. A Bologna c'è sicuramente gente più sveglia e professionale di loro.
Contacted by phone to go and see a Fantic Issimo. One who perhaps took the eighth grade at Cepu replies "I'll call back from someone who sells immediately" It's 9.30 in the morning. At 17.00 I found it somewhere else ready for delivery and they even gave it to me for 100 euros less than what they asked for. In Bologna there are certainly more intelligent and professional people than them.

Nella scatola consegnatami mancava la batteria Yamaha 500 wh.
Dal 07/02/2020 non sono stato ancora contattato per la soluzione della batteria.
La mia valutazione finale è 1/5 solo perché la spedizione è arrivata nei tempi prestabiliti.

The Yamaha 500 wh battery was missing in the box delivered to me.
From 07/02/2020 I have not yet been contacted for the battery solution.
My final assessment is 1/5 just because the shipment arrived on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnifici mhanno chiuso in 10 minuti un problema che altri 4 biciclettai si erano rifiutati di voler anche solo provare a risolvere (estrarre ratchet ring rovinato e inserire nuovo), per giunta su ruota enduro non elettrica. Fatto il lavoro si sono rifiutati di farmi pagare. Cheddire mi rincuora vedere che ancora esistano disponibilità competenza e simpatia. Consiglio assolutamente.
Magnificent closed a problem in 10 minutes that 4 other cyclists had refused to even try to solve (remove the ruined ratchet ring and insert a new one), on a non-electric enduro wheel. Done the job they refused to charge me. Cheddire heartens me to see that there is still availability, competence and sympathy. I absolutely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicoli, disorganizzazione allo stato puro.telefono e ci dicono di andare in sede(mezz'ora di strada)arriviamo e non sanno nemmeno chi siamo.non ci dicono le condizioni al telefono e le scopriamo in negozio,(cauzione di 250euro a bici)chiedono appoggio su carta di credito perché le bici non sono assicurate per il furto.
Un disastro, fortemente sconsigliato
Ridiculous, pure disorganization. I phone and they tell us to go to the office (half an hour by road) we arrive and they don't even know who we are. They don't tell us the conditions on the phone and we discover them in the shop, (deposit of 250 euros per bike) they ask for credit card support because the bikes are not insured for theft.
A disaster, strongly discouraged
