Mi sono ritrovato con una bicicletta con ruote differenti e non rinforzate come presenti nel modello originale. Trattato con estrema sufficienza. Cordialità assente. Fortemente sconsigliato. AGGIORNAMENTO: A fronte della Sua risposta, Le voglio ricordare che il giorno della consegna, casualmente mi sono accorto subito del cambio delle ruote. Sono rientrato in negozio ed ho esposto il problema in quanto è stato fatto a mia insaputa e sono stato trattato con estrema arroganza attendendo il montaggio delle originali. Se vuole, per rinfrescare la memoria, Le posso anche allegare lo scontrino che ha emesso facendomi pagare la differenza (nonostante avessi speso ben 500€) e che ho accettato di versare per non generare ulteriori polemiche. Capisco lo stress lavorativo post covid ma non confondiamolo con una presa in giro allucinante! Negare ciò che è stato è sintomo solo di poca professionalità. La bicicletta di cui scrivo è una pieghevole elettrica g-kos 16. In periodo di bonus bici mi è stata offerta nel vostro negozio a 1160 euro, quando il suo prezzo in tutti gli altri negozi fisici di Bologna (oltre a quelli online) si aggirava tra gli 830 e 900 Euro (iva inclusa!). Inizialmente un cambio di pedali effettuato al momento e dopo un paio di settimane la sostituzione di pacco pignoni e catena. Preventivo gonfiato sul finale di 10€ (avrei preferito più chiarezza). Le 4 stelle su 5 sono dovute principalmente al fatto che mi è stato chiesto il numero di telefono per essere avvisato tramite sms una volta ultimato l'intervento per poi recarmi in autonomia presso il negozio e scoprire che la bici era già pronta da un pezzo. Avrei gradito più serietà. Nulla da dire sul lavoro effettuato. Il ragazzo che si occupa degli interventi è disponibile e competente I went to them for two small upgrades. Prima di lasciare la bici ho chiesto un preventivo approssimativo e mi è stato detto 20-25€ al massimo. Ho ritirato la bici e mi è stato presentato il conto: 42€. Ovviamente ho pagato senza battere ciglio ma visto che il preventivo è stato "cannato" totalmente mi aspettavo una telefonata prima di procedere e invece la sorpresa solo al ritiro bici senza mezza parola dal proprietario! D	Davide Centonze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problema ad una sede di vite spanata della MTB, rivoltomi per risolvere il problema, confidando nel fatto che è uno store storico di ciclismo in Bologna, sono intervenuti in breve tempo applicando un inserto in metallo. Sostituite diverse viti che presentavano segni di ruggine, il meccanico si è poi raccomandato di non serrarle eccessivamente. MTB pronta in poco più di un ora. Unica nota dolente il costo per gli interventi sicuramente non a buon mercato. Speriamo nella buona riuscita dell'intervento e che sia duraturo nel tempo altrimenti mi vedrò costretto e modificare la recensione e tornarci.
