I migliori tecnici su Milano, professionali, onesti, veloci... e soprattutto simpatici. Consigliatissimo per chi ha bisogno per pc, tablet smartphone. A distanza di mesi posso solo confermare quanto già scritto precedentemente... Una realtà come poche esistenti sul mercato. I consigli che danno sono veri e genuini senza un secondo fine... Tutti (qualsiasi sia i lavoro) dovrebbero lavorare così.

Mein Laptop ist in meinem Auslandssemester in Mailand kaputt gegangen und ich brauchte schnelle Hilfe, um das Problem analysieren zu lassen und meine Daten zu retten. Hier habe ich sehr schnelle und kompetente Hilfe bekommen. Der Mann, der mir geholfen hat, hat sich sehr bemüht, mit mir auf Englisch zu kommunizieren und hat mir ausführlich alles erklärt. Mein Laptop war letztendlich zwar irreversibel beschädigt, aber alle meine Daten wurden hier überspielt und ich habe beide Festplatten aus dem Laptop separat zurückerhalten, um sie als Backup zu behalten und man hat mir ans Herz gelegt, den Laptop zu entsorgen, weil eine Reparatur unverhältnismäßig teuer wäre. Die Problemanalyse habe ich bereits nach einem Tag per E-Mail erhalten und das Retten meiner Daten (1TB) hat knapp zwei Tage gedauert, was natürlich der Datenmenge geschuldet war. Die Problemanalyse (30€) und das Retten der Daten (70€) haben insgesamt 100€+Steuern gekostet, was ich als fair und angemessen empfunden habe. Ich bin sehr dankbar, einen so kompetenten, zuverlässigen und freundlichen Service gefunden zu haben. Ich würde diesen Reparaturdienst zu einhundert Prozent weiterempfehlen! My laptop broke during my semester abroad in Milan and I needed quick help to have the problem analysed and my data recovered. I got very quick and competent help here. The man who helped me made a great effort to communicate with me in English and explained everything in detail. In the end, my laptop was irreversibly damaged, but all my data was transferred here and I got back both hard drives from the laptop separately to keep them as a backup and I was told to rather dispose the laptop because the reparation would be disproportionately expensive. I received the problem analysis by e-mail after just one day and the rescue of my data (1TB) took under two days, due to the amount of data of course. The problem analysis (30€) and the recovery of the data (70€) cost a total of 100€+taxes, which I considered fair and reasonable. Staff super disponibile e professionale, mi hanno supportato in un cambio batteria interna del mio pc portatile + pulizia interna. Che dire in pochissimo tempo e a prezzi onestissimi sono riusciti a risolvere il mio problema. Per qualsiasi altro problema sia lato software che hardware, so già su chi posso affidarmi!

As someone who doesn't speak italian, the staff made efforts to help me even with the language barrier. They spoke understandable english and used google translate to help further contrary to another shop. They also proposed the best option for me financialy regardless of the monetary benefit they can get. They were really great!! Would 100% recommend.
