Sono stato in questo parcheggio il giorno 9-12-2018 alle ore 17,30 e sono stato ricevuto da una persona gentile, ho ritirato la macchina alle ore 20,40 e sono stato "accolto" da un GRANDISSIMO CAFONE, incapace di fare il proprio lavoro (vettura parcheggiata all'esterno del garage quindi non custodita). All'arrivo abbiamo chiesto se il garage fosse aperto H24 e ci è stato detto di si,al ritiro della vettura abbiamo trovato il portone del garage semi chiuso e non trovando nessun cartello che indicasse il divieto di accesso,abbiamo atteso l'arrivo del CAFONE all'interno.Quest'ultimo all'arrivo ha inveito contro di noi dicendo che quella è casa sua e allora io mi chiedo: perchè pagare un garage custodito se poi non lo è......è stato fortunato che ero con mia moglie e non da solo. Gente andate in un altro garage..... Avoid this "guarded" garage like the plague ... I was in this parking lot on 9-12-2018 at 17.30 and I was received by a kind person, I collected the car at 20.40 and was "greeted" by a GREAT CAFONE, unable to do the own work (car parked outside the garage and therefore not guarded). Upon arrival we asked if the garage was open 24 hours a day and we were told yes, when we collected the car we found the garage door semi-closed and not finding any sign indicating the prohibition of access, we awaited the arrival of the CAFONE On arrival, the latter railed against us saying that this is his house and then I wonder: why pay for a guarded garage if it is not ... he was lucky that I was with mine wife and not alone. People go to another garage .....

Un ragazzo in particolare si è dimostrato scostante e assolutamente non incline alla minima gentilezza con noi tanto che un mio amico, che voleva vedere un dettaglio sul cruscotto della mia auto (roba di non più di 30 secondi) si è sentito dire: "devo parcheggiare l'auto, posso!". Sia chiaro, non mi aspettavo sorrisi stampati e petali rossi al mio passaggio ma nemmeno risposte brusche, ordini e mezze frasi di persone che nemmeno ci guardavano in volto. Ultima nota, a conferma della poca gentilezza dell'operatore: la mia auto (con meno di 600 km) è stata spostata all'interno del parcheggio coperto a velocità fortemente sostenuta e con manovre brusche tanto che le ruote hanno fischiato più volte. Anche in questo caso il comportamento indicava mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei miei beni. Ho voluto chiedere alle altre 3 persone che erano con me un feedback e anche loro hanno confermato un fortissimo disagio a interagire con il personale. Mai più. One guy in particular proved unfriendly and absolutely not inclined to the slightest kindness with us so much so that a friend of mine, who wanted to see a detail on the dashboard of my car (stuff no more than 30 seconds) was told: "I have to park the car, I can! ". Let me be clear, I did not expect printed smiles and red petals as I passed, but neither abrupt answers, orders and half sentences from people who did not even look at us. Last note, confirming the lack of kindness of the operator: my car (with less than 600 km) was moved inside the covered parking at high speed and with sudden maneuvers so that the wheels whistled several times. Again, the behavior indicated a lack of respect for my possessions. I wanted to ask the other 3 people who were with me for feedback and they too confirmed a very strong discomfort in interacting with the staff. Never again.

Biglietto che ti danno e di 15 min in ritardo cosi te paghi di piu, poi se passi 1 ora e 5 min ti fano pagare 2 ore, mai piu, andrò andrò a quel parcheggio... Rude people. Communication kindness 0 ... Ticket they give you is 15 min late so you pay more, then if you spend 1 hour and 5 min they make you pay 2 hours, never again, I'll go I'll go to that parking ...
