Martedì 26 gennaio 2021 ore 10 la colonnina all'ingresso segnala che "I biglietti sono finiti", quindi è impossibile entrare. Nessuno risponde alla chiamata telefonica, non ci sono addetti, il servizio Telepass non funziona. Provo ad utilizzare la app per ottenere una prenotazione che mi consenta di entrare, ma mi restituisce un errore dopo la conferma finale. Dopo 25 minuti rinuncio. Dietro di me la fila di veicoli bloccati. Siamo nel cuore di Milano, Stazione metropolitana e ferroviaria Porta Genova, a due passi dai Navigli. Qui c'è una assoluta mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti, un'arroganza che non possiamo più tollerare Absolutely avoid this parking lot. Di domenica alle 11 di mattina era mezzo vuoto, ho potuto parcheggiare vicino all’uscita e sei a due passi dai Navigli. Alto il prezzo: 3€/h che per 4 ore e un quarto sono diventati 15€. Ok che siamo a Milano, ma è comunque incustodito (solo recintato, ma dentro può entrare chiunque) e la zona intorno (è pur sempre una stazione ferroviaria) è abbastanza degradata: bottiglie di birra rotte e immondizia un po’ dappertutto…residui del sabato sera precedente? Dei farabutti mi hanno aperto la macchina, rubato la valigia nel baule senza che nessuno ss ne accorgesse. Il custode dorme invece di sorvegliare!!!! Sconsiglio vivamente di parcheggiare la macchina e di buttare via soldi all'interno di questo parcheggio! Mai più I suffered a theft a few nights ago! I parked on a Friday evening between 8 and 24.
