Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, ho avuto l'impressione che ci si debba affidare molto al personale, perché la merce non è tutta esposta. Questo può essere vincolante: a volte si fatica a spiegare quello che si cerca o, semplicemente, lo si individua solo dopo averlo visto! Comunque le vetrine sono molte, probabilmente è più facile trovare lì quello che piace! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, perhaps even a little vintage; helpful and trained staff; well-stocked shop with quality brands, some even niche ones that you can hardly find even in Milan (I'm not talking about brands for the very young!). If I really have to find a fault, I had the impression that we have to rely a lot on the staff, because the goods are not all on display. This can be binding: sometimes it is difficult to explain what you are looking for or, simply, you only identify it after having seen it! However, the windows are many, it is probably easier to find what you like there!
