★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Had to get refunded thousands of dollars through my bank because they would not help me with the shipment at all and lied to me as well. You would think if I spent that much money the employees would try to help me but NO. Waste of time and money. Especially the employee Matteo. Won’t shop ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent thousands of dollars here. The shipping company they used requested manufacturer info from Antonioli. I emailed them to provide the info and they said they would. They did not send the info and i continued to email them. Now my package is being sent BACK to them. This has been so annoying and stressful for me. Extremely unprofessional especially when i spent THOUSANDS of dollars. I was told they would provide the info to them but i was lied to. The employee Matteo lied to me. Now i don’t have my thousands of dollars nor the products i ordered. A waste of time and money. All the employees had to do was send a quick email to DHL. They did not do that. F*cking ridiculous. Absolutely terrible experience and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought some pieces in the store when I visited Milan. Best selection of luxury brands, the guys at the stores are really helpful and kind. I loved my Nina Ricci blazer, so cool! Go there if u wanna find amazing stuff! I'd love to return soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best store in Italy. If you are looking for rare and unique avant-garde fashion brands such as Boris Bidjan Saberi, Ann Demeulemeester - best address. Big up to the Russian speaking consultant Donatas. Great guy, super helpful.

Tbh I was afraid at first while reading the comments so I called the store before to be sure that the articles were in stock and that they ship to Paris. The two sellers were very friendly and professional. Mostly, I received my order in less than 2 days (in Paris) which is really fast and the articles were exactly as described. I strongly recommend this shop and will make other purchases for sure!
