Purtroppo lo scontrino lo avevo buttato ma confidavo che un negozio così grande avrebbe supportato il reso il cui acquisto è stato dimostrato con pagamento digitale tramite nota piattaforma online ... nulla da fare. Scarpe buttate nella spazzatura davanti al negozio e ricomprate nuove da altra parte.
Molto deluso anche perché i calzolai che avevano visto la scarpa rotta avevo espresso lo stesso parere su una riparazione già effettuata sullo stesso articolo che pareva non essere del tutto nuovo ...
Bought a pair of well-known brand shoes that broke (broken buttonhole) when first used. Unfortunately I had thrown the receipt but I confided that such a large store would support the return whose purchase was demonstrated with digital payment through a known online platform ... nothing to do. Shoes thrown in the trash in front of the store and buy new ones on the other side.
Very disappointed also because the shoemakers who had seen the broken shoe had expressed the same opinion on a repair already carried out on the same article that seemed not to be entirely new ...
