★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potessi dare zero stelle lo farei. Pessima esperienza da tutti i punti di vista. Parlo di più esperienze vissute nel corso di svariati mesi. Ho preso scarpe e ciabatte sia per me che per i miei due figli, il risultato è stato o che si sono rovinate nel giro di giorni (le mie costosissime ciabatte di marca rinomata e consigliatissime dal negozio) oppure hanno rovinato i piedi di chi le indossava (mia figlia e mio figlio). Non comprate certo a buon mercato. Siamo andati apposta per la buona fama del negozio, ma probabilmente si riferisce ad altri tempi. Anche sulla cortesia non avrei da parlare bene. Non lo consiglio affatto e di certo noi non ci rimetteremo piede.
 If I could give zero stars I would do it. Very bad experience from all points of view. I speak of more experiences lived over the course of several months. I took shoes and slippers both for myself and for my two children, the result was or that they were ruined in a matter of days (my expensive brand-name slippers famous and highly recommended by the store) or they ruined the feet of those who wore them (my daughter and my son). Don't buy cheap. We went especially for the good reputation of the store, but it probably refers to other times. Even on courtesy I would not have to speak well. I do not recommend it at all and certainly we will not set foot again.

In realtà avevo provato prima un’altra marca, ma Luna, la commessa incantevole, professionale e paziente che mi ha seguito, è riuscita a capire i miei gusti ed esigenze. E mi ha accontentato. Peccato aver scoperto dopo che la scarpa consigliata fosse leggerissima e del tutto inadeguata per la stagione invernale. È stato un pessimo acquisto è un consiglio sbagliato
