Excellent experience. Looking for a tampon in the late evening, for our 3 year old child, we contacted the Ripamonti medical center. Mrs. Felicia replied who, with extreme kindness and availability, immediately worked to make an appointment in the morning of the next day. Upon receiving the result, he contacted me personally to let me know and make sure of my child's health. I fully recommend the facility and I thank Felicia for her sensitivity towards a child, for her kindness and availability.

Da un punto di vista organizzativo ho ricevuto un trattamento impeccabile. Appuntamenti rispettati, mai subito ritardi o attese, ottima organizzazione. La segretaria del centro è stata sempre molto gentile, disponibile e proattiva nell'aiutarmi a trovare uno slot libero nell'agenda del dottore, prendendosi l'impegno a gestire eventualmente una riprogrammazione più agevole per me. Ho trovato decisamente utile il promemoria dell'appuntamento su whatsapp il giorno prima. Unica pecca organizzativa: la marca da bollo che deve essere acquistata in modo autonomo e non viene applicata direttamente dal centro. Fortunatamente c'è un tabaccaio vicino che le vende. Following a traumatic knee injury, I turned to a doctor (Dr. Luigi Mazzoleni) from the Ripamonti Medical Center and I can honestly say that I had a great time. From an organizational point of view, I received impeccable treatment. Appointments met, never delayed or waited, excellent organization. The secretary of the center has always been very kind, helpful and proactive in helping me to find a free slot in the doctor's agenda, making a commitment to possibly manage a rescheduling that is easier for me. I found the appointment reminder on whatsapp the day before very useful. The only organizational flaw: the revenue stamp which must be purchased independently and is not applied directly by the center. Fortunately there is a nearby tobacconist who sells them.

Ho trovato questa struttura quasi per caso, dopo che in precedenza ero andato in un'altra struttura, e devo dire che ho fatto bene a cambiare. Mi sono procurato una brutta frattura del gomito sinistro cadendo male a calcetto, e grazie a Francesco e Klea, al loro lavoro e alla loro competenza ho avuto modo di recuperare alla grande. Struttura pulita e ordinata con Felicia, brava e simpatica ad accogliervi e a darvi le giuste informazioni. Se avete avuto qualche trauma ed avete bisogno di una sessione di fisioterapia e e dei fisioterapisti bravi e in gamba, vi consiglio questa struttura. I found myself really well. I found this property quite by accident, after I had previously gone to another structure, and I must say that I was right to change. I got a bad fracture in my left elbow by falling badly at soccer, and thanks to Francesco and Klea, their work and their expertise I was able to recover in a great way. Clean and tidy structure with Felicia, good and nice to welcome you and give you the right information. If you have had some trauma and you need a physiotherapy session and good and capable physiotherapists, I recommend this facility.

Mi ha risposto l'infermiera signora Felicia la, preso atto della mia richiesta con notevole rapidita e cortesia mi ha fissato un appuntamento per lo stesso pomeriggio alle 15e30. Mi sono recato al Centro e sempre la signora Felicia ha espletato, con professionalità, tutte le pratiche burocratiche. Finita la preparazione di tutti i documenti, la stessa signora Felicia ha provveduto, con altrettanta professionalità e celerità, ad eseguite il prelievo per il Laboratorio. Quando abbiamo finito, al momento dei saluti, peraltro molto cordiali, la signora Felicia si resa disponibile a darmi, telefonicamente, qualsiasi informazione o spiegazione qualora ne avessi avuto necessità. Sono molto soddisfatto di aver deciso di effettuare il citato esame al centro di via Ripamonti. On 30/12/2021 in the morning I phoned the Ripamonti Medical Center to book a Molecular Swab. I went to the Center and Ms. Felicia always carried out all the paperwork with professionalism. After the preparation of all the documents, Mrs. Felicia herself proceeded, with equal professionalism and speed, to carry out the sampling for the Laboratory. When we finished, at the time of the greetings, however very cordial, Mrs. Felicia made herself available to give me, by telephone, any information or explanation if I needed it. I am very satisfied that I decided to carry out the aforementioned examination in the center of via Ripamonti.
