Mi preme fare i complimenti per la disponibilità, la premura e soprattutto l'umanità, con cui l'Emerito Medico/Immunologo/Dermatologo/Professor Tassi si è degnato di rispondemi, aiutarmi, o quanto meno rassicurarmi, dopo aver chiesto aiuto in seguito al riscontro di gravi effetti collaterali, causati dall'assunzione di un farmaco da Lui stesso prescrittomi. Nota di plauso anche alla tecnologia presente nello studio, almeno fino allo scorso anno: un telefono e un fax. Nonostante le mie condizioni (e visto che contattare il Dottore per via diretta è del tutto impossibile) dietro richiesta della segretaria ho dovuto scrivere una pagina dal computer che specificasse tutti i sintomi che stavo passando, inviarla tramite fax, con la promessa che avrei ricevuto risposta entro 3 giorni. Trascorsi quelli, la risposta ricevuta, sempre esclusivamente attraverso la segretaria stessa, è stata una fredda e monolitica: " Il Professore ha detto che il farmaco non dà tali effetti". Nonostante fossi ben conscio e sicuro che non fosse così, ebbi l'ardire di domandare un ulteriore chiarimento alla gentilissima segretaria, beccandomi come replica uno stizzito "si sarà ammalato"... Complimenti davvero. Premise: I live far from Milan and in 2018 I went to this doctor's office on the advice of some relatives. I would like to congratulate you on the availability, concern and above all humanity, with which the Medical Emeritus / Immunologist / Dermatologist / Professor Tassi deigned to answer me, help me, or at least reassure me, after asking for help following the finding of serious side effects, caused by the use of a drug prescribed by him himself. A note of applause also for the technology present in the study, at least until last year: a telephone and a fax. Despite my conditions (and seeing that contacting the Doctor directly is completely impossible), at the secretary's request, I had to write a page from the computer that specified all the symptoms I was going through, send it by fax, with the promise that I would receive a response within 3 days. After those, the response received, always exclusively through the secretary herself, was a cold and monolithic one: "The Professor said that the drug does not give such effects". Despite being well aware and sure that it was not so, I had the audacity to ask for further clarification to the very kind secretary, catching me as an angry replied "he will be sick" ... Congratulations indeed.

Segreteria cafona: appena entrata nello studio è evidente che è molto indietro con gli anni, nell’attesa di entrare per la visita chiedo alla segreteria info sul pagamento, mi dice che si paga in contanti, faccio presente che per detrarre la spesa sanitaria devo pagare con un metodo tracciabile, lei insiste alzando la voce contro di me ?, chiudo l’interlocuzione dicendo che ne avrei parlato con il dottore, quando entro si raccomanda di parlarne a fine visita. Dottore: prima ancora di cominciare la visita menziono di poter pagare con carta o bonifico, dopo uno scambio di qualche battuta, scocciato mi chiede quale fosse il problema medico, gli rispondo artrite reumatoide e lui con fare di superiorità mi manda via dicendomi che lui è un allergologo e che non c’entrano niente i dolori articolari. Lui è un immunologo e l’artrite reumatoide è anche di sua competenza. P.S. Quando si parlava di pagamenti, come soluzione mi ha proposto di rimandare la visita così da darmi tempo per organizzarmi per il pagamento, faccio presente che avevo preso un volo per fare la visita con lui, ma l’informazione non lo ha minimamente toccato. Doctor: even before starting the visit I mention that I can pay by card or bank transfer, after an exchange of a few words, annoyed, he asks me what the medical problem was, I answer rheumatoid arthritis and he, with superiority, sends me away telling me that he is an allergist and that joint pain has nothing to do with it. He is an immunologist and rheumatoid arthritis is also his area of expertise. P.S. When it came to payments, as a solution he proposed to postpone the visit so as to give me time to organize myself for payment. I would like to point out that I had taken a flight to visit with him, but the information did not affect him in the least.
