★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono davvero amareggiata nel scrivere questa recensione ma è bene raccontare la mia esperienza, evitando ad altre persone di trovarsi nella mia medesima condizione. Fui spinta nella scelta del Dottor Fasulo dalle recensioni di google, apparentemente tutte molto positive (datate).
Ebbene ad oggi non mi trovo per niente d'accordo. Le poche volte che mi sono trovata in studio ho avuto di fronte a me una persona dall'atteggiamento incalzante, sbrigativo e privo d'empatia.Un modo di fare anche poco educato. Ogni sua visita sempre interrotta dalle chiamate in studio anche in momenti piuttosto delicati. Questa settimana ho avuto bisogno di una ricetta medica ma per due giorni di fila il numero squillava senza mai una risposta. Irreperibile. Ho dovuto rivolgermi urgentemente a un altro medico perché avevo bisogno delle mie medicine che avevo terminato per la mia patologia. Oggi ho finalmente cambiato medico e sono davvero sollevata. Andare in studio, parlare delle proprie problematiche non è per niente facile e di fronte bisogna poter trovare un medico competente e in grado di svolgere il proprio ruolo con passione, umanità e con il giusto tempo da dedicare.
I am really disappointed in writing this review but it is good to tell my experience, avoiding other people to be in the same condition as me. I was prompted to choose Doctor Fasulo by google reviews, apparently all very positive (dated).
Well today I don't agree at all. The few times that I have been in the studio I have had in front of me a person with a pressing, hasty and empathetic attitude, a way of doing something that is also not very polite. Each of his visits is always interrupted by calls to the studio even in rather delicate moments. This week I needed a prescription but for two days in a row the number rang with no answer. Unavailable. I had to go to another doctor urgently because I needed my medicines which I had run out of for my condition. I finally changed my doctor today and am really relieved. Going to the office, talking about your problems is not easy at all and in front of you you need to be able to find a competent doctor able to carry out his role with passion, humanity and with the right time to devote.
