★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima del mio ultimo acquisto sono stato un loro cliente soddisfatto e mi dispiace molto scrivere una recensione così negativa. A Gennaio 2019 ho comprato due paia di scarpe da uomo che dopo solo due mesi e mezzo di utilizzo si sono bucate all'interno in corrispondenza delle dita dei piedi e la loro suola si è rovinata moltissimo impedendo l'utilizzo delle scarpe (come da foto). Porto solette ortopediche e possiedo altre paia di scarpe da ufficio quindi pongo sempre molta attenzione alle scarpe, alla loro usura e alla loro comodità e durata. In questo caso ho semplicemente usato le scarpe per andare in ufficio camminando in metropolitana senza usarle in malo modo o correndoci sopra. Anche le stringhe purtroppo si sono usurate subito e inoltre i buchi all'interno mi hanno bucato le calze che utilizzo normalmente. Sono quindi passato in negozio per richiedere assistenza e delle spiegazioni essendomi sempre trovato bene ma, questa è stata la cosa peggiore, la titolare mi ha trattato in malo modo dicendomi che avevo sfondato le scarpe, che non capivo niente di scarpe e che avevo dei problemi ai piedi, non dandomi assistenza di nessun tipo. Mi trovo quindi con delle scarpe inutilizzabili, dopo soli due mesi e mezzo di utilizzo.
Before my last purchase I was a satisfied customer and I am very sorry to write such a negative review. In January 2019 I bought two pairs of men's shoes that after only two and a half months of use pierced inside at the toes and their sole was ruined a lot preventing the use of shoes (as in the picture ). Porto orthopedic insoles and I have other pairs of office shoes so I always pay attention to shoes, their wear and their comfort and durability. In this case I simply used the shoes to go to the office by walking on the subway without using them badly or running over them. Even the strings have worn out unfortunately and in addition the holes inside have pierced the stockings I normally use. I then went to the store to request assistance and explanations as I always found myself well but, this was the worst thing, the owner treated me badly telling me that I had broken my shoes, that I didn't understand anything about shoes and that I had problems at the feet, not giving me assistance of any kind. I therefore find myself with unusable shoes after only two and a half months of use.
