★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato una coppia di lenzuola singole per i letti dei nostri ragazzi della marca Vallesusa.[, sottomarca della Gabel] nel negozio Gabel di Corso San Gottardo. Al momento ci era stato consigliato di lavarle perchè sarebbero diventate morbide. Abbiamo seguito il consiglio e seguendo le indicazioni di lavaggio le abbiamo lavate ben due volte. Ma abbiamo notato che nonostante tutto sono rimaste molto rigide e anche stirandole non sono andate via le tante pieghe che riportavano. Il tessuto è rimasto stroppicciato hanno l'aspetto di lenzuola da "discount" e non valgono il prezzo che le abbiamo pagate ben 82 euro. Fatto presente la nostra insoddisfazione e ripassando in negozio l'unica cosa che hanno fatto è stata quella di ritirare le lenzuola per fare un test verifica "qualità" presso i loro magazzini. E come immaginavamo ci hanno detto che da parte loro era tutto ok. Non ci è stata proposta un'alternativa , rimborso o cambio. Ora ci siamo riportati a casa le lenzuola che nel frattempo abbiamo rilavato e stirato e non è cambiato nulla. Siamo rimasti molto delusi e di sicuro non acquisteremo più nulla presso i negozi Gabel daremo di sicuro preferenza ad altre marche e non lo consiglieremo . Non hanno saputo gestire il "problema" e sono rimasti indifferenti come se non le avessimo comprate da loro.
We bought a pair of single sheets for the beds of our boys from the Vallesusa brand [, sub-brand of Gabel] in the Gabel shop in Corso San Gottardo. At the time we were advised to wash them because they would become soft. We followed the advice and following the washing instructions we washed them twice. But we noticed that despite everything they remained very stiff and even ironing them did not go away the many creases they brought back. The fabric has been wrinkled, they look like "discount" sheets and are not worth the price we paid for them 82 euros. Having pointed out our dissatisfaction and going back to the shop the only thing they did was to collect the sheets to do a "quality" test at their warehouses. And as we imagined they told us that everything was ok for their part. We have not been offered an alternative, refund or exchange. Now we have brought home the sheets that in the meantime we have rewashed and ironed and nothing has changed. We were very disappointed and for sure we will no longer buy anything at Gabel stores we will certainly give preference to other brands and we will not recommend it. They couldn't handle the "problem" and remained indifferent as if we hadn't bought them from them.
