Palestra nuovissima, molto raccolta e ambienti molto belli da vedere. Sei veramente seguito, Sara e Jacopo sono gentilissimi e molto preparati

They do not offer day passes or week passes for people visiting. Unfortunate.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I donΒ΄t speak Italian yet but they were very helpful and tried to explain me everything. The studio is quite small but very new and not too crowded.

Absurd. Tried to buy a 1year subscription in the club but unfortunately: Firstly, I have been told that in order to be subscribed I have to be an β€œItalian citizen”. I asked several times if I understood that right. Yes, Italian citizen she told. After trying to explain that I’m a citizen of another country, and I work and live in Italy legally, I have all the documents (the Italian identity card, Italian residence, bank account and a private insurance) the desk person still was saying I have to be an Italian citizen and didn’t even try to solve somehow the situation by herself or at least ask anyone who knows better how to solve it. I think that telling to a client that he cannot be a client of the gym because he is not β€œan Italian Citizen” not only sounds very bad, but also is illegal. Secondly, the price suddenly became higher than the one I’ve been given at the first meeting in the end of November. Thirdly, I was told that I cannot pay with my regular credit/debit card in monthly payments. You can only pay with a card that has yellow sticker of β€œbancomat” on it. And yes, I have an Italian bancomat card but no, I can’t pay with it, because there’s no sticker - at least that’s what the receptionist said. Did she try to solve the problem? No. To sum up. I have been told that I cannot train there because I’m not Italian, and I can’t pay with none of my three cards (bancomat/debit/credit).
