★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanti corsi e molto qualificati. L'unico problema è che i corsi dalle 18 30 sono sovraffollati. Anche con l'obbligo di prenotazione sono sold out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra accogliente con ottimi attrezzi e sala ampia per i corsi in uno spazio totale non ampissimo. Peccato che non mi hanno contattato per insegnare yoga
Cozy gym with excellent equipment and ample room for courses in a not very large total space. Too bad they didn't contact me to teach yoga

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho frequentato la palestra (per ragioni economiche al momento) ma quando sono andata a chiedere informazioni sono stata colpita dalla cortesia del ragazzo che ci ha spiegato come funzionasse un po' tutto.. palestra non mega grande ma crea un atmosfera molto intima e sicuramente permette di creare amicizie. La sala dove si fanno i corsi e' abbastanza grande, i bagni sono dotati di sauna e bagno turco e docce, la scelta tra i vari corsi e' ampia e molti sono gli orari. E' una palestra per sole donne il che la rende ancora piu' carina...
I didn't go to the gym (for economic reasons at the moment) but when I went to ask for information I was struck by the courtesy of the boy who explained how everything worked .. gym not very big but it creates a very intimate atmosphere and certainly allows you to make friends. The room where the courses are held is quite large, the bathrooms have a sauna and Turkish bath and showers, the choice between the various courses is wide and there are many times. It's a gym for women only which makes it even prettier ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È difficile immaginare un'altra palestra dove organizzazione dei servizi, competenza e gentilezza degli istruttori si concilino così bene. L'ambiente ristretto favorisce un clima molto amichevole e la possibilità di essere sempre seguiti personalmente! Nota speciale per i ragazzi che la gestiscono: fantastici!
It is difficult to imagine another gym where the organization of services, competence and kindness of the instructors are so well reconciled. The restricted environment favors a very friendly atmosphere and the possibility of being always followed personally! Special note for the guys who run it: fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa palestra è fantastica personale molto simpatico e molto esperto sempre pronto a dare una mano. Una aspetto che a me molto colpito è che la palestra è interamente al femminile e per una persona come me che odia essere guardata dai ragazzi questo è un punto fondamentale. I bagni e li spogliatoi sono molto puliti e ordinati.
This gym is fantastic, very nice and very experienced staff always ready to lend a hand. One aspect that is very striking to me is that the gym is entirely feminine and for a person like me who hates being looked at by kids this is a fundamental point. Bathrooms and changing rooms are very clean and tidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra è piccola ma il personale è molto preparato e professionale sia per l'allenamento con le macchine che per i corsi ed inoltre è previsto un servizio di nutrizionista/dietologa.
The gym is small but the staff is very trained and professional both for training with machines and for courses and there is also a nutritionist / dietician service.
