★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiesi info per quanto riguarda un mutuo consegnai il cud .Non sono più contattato è passato più di 1 anno.State alla larga vi prendono in giro in particolare la responsabile donna che si occupa dei mutui presso questa filiale.Pessima esperienza...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si potessero dare 0 stelle....ho chiuso un conto 2 volte, ma in realtà, a causa dell'assenza del Direttore, il conto è rimasto aperto e ha maturato spese a mia insaputa (tralasciamo il dettaglio che il conto era a "zero" spese)....quando li ho cercati per un mutuo mi hanno detto che non sono gradito come Cliente perché ho avuto uno scoperto di pochi euro per oltre 60 giorni. Vani i miei tentativi di comunicare con il Servizio Clienti, non rispondono nemmeno alle mail....Non so se gli incapaci sono i dipendenti della filiale o le direttive aziendali! Utili solo per ripararsi dalla pioggia quando piove....
You could give 0 stars .... I closed an account 2 times, but in reality, due to the absence of the Director, the account remained open and accrued expenses without my knowledge (we omit the detail that the account was in " zero "expenses" .... when I looked for them for a mortgage they told me that I am not appreciated as a customer because I had an overdraft of a few euros for over 60 days. In vain my attempts to communicate with Customer Service do not even respond to emails .... I do not know if the incompetents are the employees of the branch or the company directives! Useful only for shelter from the rain when it rains ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che devo fare un operazione allo sportello o/e soprattutto cambiare un assegno anche se aperti non consentono l'operazione richiesta è una vergogna.
Every time I have to make an operation at the counter or / and above all change a check even if open they do not allow the requested operation, it is a shame.
