Avevo necessità di chiedere rapide informazioni in merito ad una situazione personale e, come suggerito dal call center UNICREDIT, dovevo chiamare direttamente la filiale. Ho provato a chiamare numerose volte, ho inviato anche diverse e-mail (s.ra Assunta) non ricevendo mai alcuna risposta.
Ho chiuso il conto con Unicredit per mancanza di professionalità e attenzione verso il cliente.
Bad experience. Don't go here if you don't have time to waste.
I needed to ask for quick information about a personal situation and, as suggested by the UNICREDIT call center, I had to call the branch directly. I have tried to call numerous times, I have also sent several e-mails (s.ra Assunta) never receiving any reply.
I closed the account with Unicredit due to lack of professionalism and attention to the customer.
