★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credevo di avere a che fare con dei professionisti, purtroppo dopo la quarantena hanno avuto un atteggiamento vergognoso, al limite della truffa: per poter usufruire delle lezioni non sfruttate durante i 4 mesi di chiusura, costringono a iscriversi a un nuovo corso. Pur di non farmi prendere in giro ho rifiutato, perdendo la metà delle lezioni che avevamo già pagato.
RISPOSTA AL PROPRIETARIO: non potendo controbattere alla risposta qui sotto di Nexus, aggiungo la seguente parte di commento >
Ribadisco di aver pagato un corso di 16 lezioni (valido tra l'altro valido fino a fine settembre) e che vi siete rifiutati di farmi prenotare le lezioni mancanti, a meno che io non acquisti un nuovo pacchetto. Anche durante la nostra conversazione telefonica vi siete appellati alla gravità della situazione (che ha colpito anche i clienti, non solo la vostra attività!) e alla legge che vi permette questa soluzione. Al di là dell'aspetto legale, rimane il fatto che la mia esperienza con voi si è conclusa con una grande delusione e che come cliente mi sono sentito danneggiato e preso in giro. Naturalmente nel momento in cui mi permetterete di prenotare le lezioni mancanti sarò lieto di modificare questo messaggio e la valutazione.
I thought I was dealing with professionals, unfortunately after the quarantine they had a shameful attitude, bordering on scam: in order to take advantage of the unused lessons during the 4 months of closure, they force you to enroll in a new course. In order not to be fooled, I refused, losing half of the lessons we had already paid for.
ANSWER TO THE OWNER: not being able to counter the answer below from Nexus, I add the following comment part>
I reiterate that you paid for a course of 16 lessons (valid by the way valid until the end of September) and that you refused to let me book the missing lessons, unless I purchase a new package. Also during our telephone conversation you appealed to the gravity of the situation (which also affected customers, not just your business!) And the law that allows you to do this. Beyond the legal aspect, the fact remains that my experience with you ended in a great disappointment and that as a customer I felt harmed and made fun of. Of course when you allow me to book the missing lessons I will be happy to change this message and the evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire?! Posto fantastico. Acqua pulita, calda (e per i bambini questo vuol dire molto), personale qualificato ed educato (cosa per nulla scontata). Spogliatoi puliti, Mario - l’Amministratore - persona competente, disponibile e a modo.
Un luogo e delle persone “sicure” alle quali affidare i propri figli. Anche ora che l’emergenza “Covid” ha messo tutti a dura prova, ritengo che le precauzioni adottate siano all’altezza del posto appena descritto: puntuali, precise e - appunto - sicure.
Consiglio vivamente, da mamma premurosa quale sono.

What to say?! Amazing place. Clean, hot water (and for children this means a lot), qualified and polite staff (which is not at all obvious). Clean locker rooms, Mario - the Administrator - competent, helpful and knowledgeable person.
A place and "safe" people to entrust your children with. Even now that the "Covid" emergency has put everyone to the test, I believe that the precautions taken are up to the place just described: punctual, precise and - precisely - safe.
I highly recommend, as a caring mom as I am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piscina top!!! Ragazze alla reception tutte davvero molto gentili simpatiche e carine. Camilla in particolare. Spogliatoi sempre puliti e ben organizzati, mai affollati. Io frequento corso Acquagym in pausa pranzo, provato anche hidrobike insegnante Manuela bravissima.
PISCINA SUPERCONSIGLIATA!!!
Top pool !!! Girls at the reception all very kind, nice and nice. Camilla in particular. Changing rooms always clean and well organized, never crowded. I attend the Acquagym course during the lunch break, I also tried hidrobike teacher Manuela very good.
SUPER RECOMMENDED SWIMMING POOL !!!

Dopo la lezione di prova non volendo decidere su due piedi se sottoscrivere l'abbonamento oppure no mi viene chiesto di pagare 25 euro.
Pago ma resto basito.
Una lezione prova è una lezione prova.
Nessun riferimento ai 25 euro ne sul sito e ne nei vari colloqui (telefonici e via mail).
Fatto notare via mail l'accaduto mi hanno invitato a ripassare per il rimborso.
Il mio problema non sono i 25 euro ma l'atteggiamento furbetto. Non voglio portare mio figlio in un ambiente dove lo sport lascia il posto al marketing aggressivo.
Tenete pure i 25 euro ed utilizzateli per specificare sul sito le condizioni della lezione di prova.

After the trial lesson, not wanting to decide on the spot whether to subscribe or not, I am asked to pay 25 euros.
I pay but I am thrilled.
A trial lesson is a trial lesson.
No reference to the 25 euros on the site and in the various interviews (telephone and email).
Pointed out via email what happened, they invited me to come back for the refund.
My problem is not the 25 euros but the sly attitude. I don't want to take my child to an environment where sport gives way to aggressive marketing.
Keep the 25 euros and use them to specify the conditions of the trial lesson on the website.

Beautiful swimming pool with water heated to 32 degrees. The courses for children are held by very good instructors. Our Armando for children from 0 to 3 years is number 1!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with a kid to try out the swimming classes. He had so much fun! The group was small so the instructor could dedicate the attention to each one of them. The swimming pool is nice, everything clean and the staff if really kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a really nice place to take your babies, toddlers and youngsters to learn how to swim or just have fun in the water.. Nice staff. Very kind and helpful. The teachers are very nice. Ask for Deborah. The only thing is they could bring it up to date a bit with the changing rooms and showers.
