β β β β β I already have the membership here, and wanted to take my cousin to see if she would want to go to this gym, we applied for the free trial and they confirmed it. We come there they say there is no free trial and thst she would either have to get the membership or not go. They should have let us know that their database is messed up and not give us the idea that we can come.

β β β β β I only went to get information about membership types and I was treated so bad. They are very rude and pushy about their offer. They ask 200 euros for 2 months and they say this offer is unique and directly comes from the director who " by chance was in the facility". Do not try to fool people with these cheap tricks!

β β β β β Terrible place, do try to avoid and find a better gym in area.
Bugs in shower room, toilets are smelly, half of the lockers in mens changing room are broken and cant be used.
Most of the free weights section is outdated and broken or just dangerous to use.
Do not take βVIPβ package, you can go to all the βVIPβ areas without it. It is just another way for them to ask more money from you.
Every time of the day the gym is crowded, smelly and no air conditioning.
Only one good thing in this gym, half of the cardio machines at least are up-to-date. But anything else in there is just terrible.
Been trying to ask for refund as EU customer rights apply to every product and service in Italy also but the chain owner and Liguria gym manager are just avoiding all the calls and emails. At the gym they all make the face that they dont speak english. And when the βmanagerβ is showing you the gym floor at your first day there then they show you the places that look βgoodβ. Overall 1 star. Could use some effort to improve their customer relations and overall quality of service at this gym.

β β β β β Terrible service given by the personal trainers. I got very rudely kicked out by an instructor with a beard because I was wearing short trousers which were not appropriate. I explained that I had been wearing the appropriate clothing every day for 3 months and it was an exception. Despite this, the staff member was extremely rude to me and kicked me out of the gym with very bad manners and bad words. This is not how customers should be treated, especially when we pay the overpriced monthly fee that they charge.

β β β β β The worst gym experience I've ever had !
The sales ladies are the big liars they will try to offer you alot of eyecatching deals and in the end they all turn out to be nothing more than hoax !! Then they call you again and again and if you join and then change your mind to go to this gym, they will threaten you with legal actions !
DO NOT GO TO 20 HOURS CLUB, SAVE YOUR MONEY !!

β β β β β Good gym to work out at, but not the best location in Milan
It is clean, huge and well equipped - there is the βnormalβ room, a vip one to work out with less people, a course room and a pool, other than locker room
There are always discounts and special offers so the prices vary a lot - but letβs min 25β¬/month with unlimited access within that given month
20 hours has several gyms and offerings across Milan

β β β β β I have mixed feelings about this gym. On a personal level, it's better than the last one I went to in this vicinity (feel free to check out that review too). However, I am quite sure what they text your friend who then brings you in is different to what service they will actually provide you. You WILL be paying more.
The people at the desk are generally pleasant to talk to in my experience, whether it is superficial or not may be irrelevant I suppose, but it doesn't necessarily give me a bad taste so it's fine, I'm there to work out not chat to staff anyway. The instructors are generally a bit "eh" but overall they're fine. The younger guy, I forgot his name (sorry!), is really nice. Seriously a stand-up guy who genuinely helps. The others could learn a lot from him.
A few machines don't work, and some have broken protective material that scratches you when you want to use the weights.
One thing that bothers me a LOT, and is absolutely unprofessional, is one of the male instructor perving on women. The occasional eye-slip is entirely forgivable but actively engaging in unnecesary conversation and sometimes even what seemed to be asking for mobile number is extremely inappropriate. I sincerely apologise if I misunderstood what you were doing with her phone but it sure seemed to me that way, even though you're kind of old, no offense. It just means you should know better.
They also have arbitrary understandings of their own rules. For example in relation to this current COVID-19 situation, me and my partner were not allowed to work out together in the same section at opposite sides (it's around 8m x 4m or something) or pass to each other a weights ball, yet the instructor and six - I repeat - SIX - strangers can all work out there as part of a class? Are you ******* kidding me?
Finally, perhaps a small thing but I repeatedly get asked to renew or extend my membership by the same guy, honestly he's asked me more than a dozen times in a couple of months. Once, I got asked twice the same day, by the same guy, barely an hour later. Not a big thing but it gives the impression I'm a walking wallet with potential access, rather than a person.
I don't think it's a bad place, but it sure needs a whole lot of improvements. I cannot recommend it, I suggest to go elsewhere
