The best cappuccino and pastry in Italy!! This is a very small store run by a warm and old gentle man(I assumed) and their pastry is amazing. We had a croissant and cappuccino(chocolate milk) in the morning and they were the best! Their chocolate is also amazing and the best in the world. We were so shocked!!

The croissants, cappuccino and chocolate here are the best in Italy. It's a small and sober shop, but the taste is definitely good! I want to go to Milan just for this chocolate.

Every time I go to Milan I stop in this pastry shop. Pastries and cakes with a delicate taste, scents of genuine ingredients that take you back to the past, friendliness and professionalism of the old lady who manages it.

I have been living in portagenova for 21 years and for 21 years I take coffee to the fugazza. it never occurred to me to go anywhere else. Today is Tuesday and the Fugazza is closed and I am not quite upset. typical place of the 60s, which has probably remained the same since then with only a few improvements. there are 2 to serve you, the young lady who makes the coffee (yes, she is a beautiful girl) and Gianpiero, the pastry chef. I tried ALL - and I mean really all - the pastas they make and they are all very good, I always took cannoncini, which they filled at the moment with homemade custard and smashed, then one day I tried the chocolate tart (which calls Bella Elena) and I changed. € 2.10 a coffee and a pasta, EXCELLENT price, I will keep coming back, both for the peaceful and harmonious environment, and because it is under the house, and because it is really the best place to get coffee in the area. and then Feega, I know about Milan I go to Fugass. see you at the bar !!

Pastries with an antique flavor, a small shop, simple furnishings and a tender lady at the counter, perhaps no longer very young but efficient and smiling. Cafeteria present. Sale of gift boxes, dry pastries and a discreet selection of fresh pastries. Good quality. Normal prices for the Milanese market. An authentic little place, which smells of tradition and reassuring certainties, next to Porta Genova.

pasticceria fugazza has been owned by the same family since it opened in 1929. it is the oldest pasticceria in town. giovanna fugazza and her son bake all the sweets in the kitchen in the back of the shop. there are only 3 tables in the pasticceria but this is truly a case of less is more. this little piece of heaven saved me while i was exiled in milano, six years ago. i would go there every morning for coffee and read the paper for hours. then i would return in the evening for a glass of prosecco. and in between for a quick coffee at the bar. no smoking allowed, which in 2002-2003 was an oddity in the nicotine addicted country of italy. a true gem with very reasonable prices and none of the pretension of those chi-chi bars in via montenapoleone.
